Refund policy
Please note that embroidered and personalized items are non-refundable.
Due to safety and hygiene standards, supplements, personal care items, and food products cannot be returned.
Clothing items may be eligible for exchange on a case-by-case basis, determined at the time of request and dependent on the condition of the item.
If a return or exchange is approved, store credit will be issued. In cases where a different size is needed, an exchange may be offered based on current inventory availability.
Exchange or return requests must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us at meggan@charlieandjamesshoppe.com to request an exchange or return.
